Family Yoga in the Crowell Art Gallery

Join us for Family Yoga at the MFL in the library’s gallery – current exhibit is the ocean experience with student art from Wardsboro, Dover, Townshend and Newbrook elementary schools.

We will play with a yoga story about the magical creatures of the deep blue sea, the life that lives in the ocean waters. We’ll put on our invisible scuba masks and jump off our boat with a giant splash! Let’s discover the swaying seaweed, a grumpy crab, colorful jellyfish, and so much more.

We’ll paint the ocean colors and stick on ocean creature stickers.
