Twenty years ago Theresa Maggio, currently of Williamsville, published her first book, Mattanza. To mark the occasion the author will show her vintage slides of the giant bluefin tuna fishermen of Favignana, Sicily followed by the 17-minute “Mattanza” segment of former National Geographic videographer Bill Livingston’s Emmy-winning documentary, The Italians, at 7 p.m. on March 7 in the Crowell Gallery.
