Spend a morning dreaming of sprouts, soil and summer’s bounty.

Did you know that seeds were one of the first commodities valued and traded? Now, as home growers we still collect and exchange seeds for many reasons ranging from cultivating rare, heirloom varieties to basic thrift. A simple swap of seeds with a neighbor perpetuates biodiversity, too. It is an act of giving and a great way to talk about plants and food with neighbors and friends old and new.

Bring your labeled seeds to share and take seeds home from others who have brought to share!  You do not need to bring seeds to participate. 

You may drop off seeds earlier in the week!
